Nizz Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Nizz, we strive for excellence in every garment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@shopnizz.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked or DPD), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

4. Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot always guarantee exchanges for different sizes. If you need a different size, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our current stock levels.

 

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any manufacturing errors.
